Construction

Each door starts with our tried-and-true heavy-duty flush base built with kiln dried rails & stiles—mortise & tenon construction—and plywood laminated to each side. Then, the chosen design materials are hand applied with the waterproof adhesive and galvanized fasteners—stainless fasteners available and recommended in coastal applications.

Designs

Go with a classic, or create your own. Ultra wide single panel, short square panel, asymmetric layout — you name it, just ask.

Glass Options

Single-pane 1⁄8″ tempered is standard, or 3⁄16″ on wide panels. Double-pane 1⁄2″ insulated and low-e optional. Special requests welcome.

Insulation

When configured with an insulated frame and insulsted glass, the Apollo Collection can achieve high performing R-values. Calculated R-values range from 8×7 (single car), to 18×8 (double car) sized openings.

Lifetime Warranty

Speifications

Commercial-grade 2″ thick 6063-T5 aluminum frame. Max width: 24′ 2″, height: 18′ 1″, 240 sq. ft, or 100lbs. per roller. Maximum panel size: 10 sq. ft. End stile, top & bottom rail: 5″. Meeting rails: 3″, combined. Center stile: 2.5″. Bevel on panel edge: ½”. Heavy-duty galvanized hardware, 2″ or 3″ track based onweight, angle struts provided on doors over 12′ wide, and 10,000 cycle springs standard.
